It is a unique pilot large-scale development project of passive houses under the ATREA system.
The complex includes  a ATREA show passive house, ATREA s.r.o.’s training centre and eleven passive houses permanently lived in. The completed project received the Main Award at the Energy Project 2007 competition. The passive houses of the Koberovy complex are under long-term monitoring by the CIDEAS research centre
of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague.
